Turn Around Time
The current turn around time will always be displayed at the top of the webpage. This is the time to allow us to custom stitch your special item and does not include shipping. It is essentially the time from the order being placed to being shipped or ready for local pick-up.
Custom Items
Every item we make is truly custom just for you! But did you know that we can also turn your business logo, family crest, etc. into an embroidery file to be sewn on almost any of our products?! Please e-mail corrie@hellomonogramco.com to inquire about this service. This is ideal when you want a personalized item but don't need over 200+ of them when ordering from the big brand companies.
Returns
Because of the nature of the business, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on embroidered or custom products. Each item is carefully made specifically for you. Please be sure to triple check all spelling, design, and thread color selections as all sales are final.
However, If there is a product defect or embroiderer error, we will be happy to make it right! Please contact corrie@hellomonogramco.com so we can correct it for you!
Shipping & Local Pick-Up
Shipments are via UPS or USPS and mailed from Severna Park, Maryland. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order has shipped. Standard shipping time is 3-7 business days. Please understand that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Local pick-up is available in Severna Park, Maryland for local customers. You will receive an e-mail when your order is ready to be picked up. Orders will be left by the front door in a bag with your name on it. If you are unable to pick-up your item within 48 hours, please contact corrie@hellomonogramco.com to coordinate a date that works for you.
Sales Tax
We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders shipping outside the state of Maryland. For all local orders or orders shipping within Maryland, a sales tax of 6% will apply.
